Great course, informative, to the point, clear but fun. Karen is great at what she does- always happy to answer questions and adapt anything to suit your own work place needs.

Very informative and very helpful. Everything was taught at a good pace, demonstrations were done accurately and any questions were answered appropriately. Would recommend this course for anyone looking to achieve an Emergency First Aid at Work certification.

Karen was very patient & friendly she was able to answer all questions easily and with clear information. She had also catered to what we dealt with first Aid wise in our workplace.
